What to do

"no, I wouldn't think so," she replied. "Play it safe though, would you? Only reveal yourself if there is too much for em to handle, alright?" She smiled. She ahd always been the leader of their group back in those days and she still was to this day. "And I doubt Aaron will be thinking anything.... normal when he sees you in that. I have to go find Henry personally. I invited him. At the moment though, I'm still Aaron's gaurdian. After tonight though, that will be you."

She knew her freind would not fail at that.

“I'm getting to like him, i think having him around helps with having lost Rudi, though I'll never forget about him.” She smiled at her freind, knowing that at the moment, she was doing the right thing by giving Henry that chance that he wanted from her. Not that she had much choice at the moment. She knew that she liked him.

Even if he was so much younger than her.

"I should not be able to move on from Rudi. He was my soul mate in every sense of the word. His death should have driven me insane, but for some reason which I cannot explain, for I do not understand well myself, it did not." This was something that was quite, confusing for me.

Not to mention I knew that Rudi's kid was growing inside me. No one else could tell though, seeing as I always cast about the illusion that I was not pregnant. Ashleigh though, with her arch angel side though, would be able to tell that there was another life living within me. Especially when I was side on to her like I was now.

"I know he'll look out for me, but this is not the easiest of thigns to deal with. Especially with what I know will stop being hidden in only a months time." I was that close to having the child, and that was something that frightened me. This child was a true hybrid, arch angel, demon, vampire and werewolf all were in its DNA.

"I'm not sure, you're a good freind to him at least. I know that much from what goes on in that head of his," she replied, rubbing absentmindedly at her belly in worry. She knew that for a human she would have about a month left before her baby came, but it was three weeks shorter for her kind. Which meant the baby was due any time now. Not something she was looking forwards to.

She was not the stay at home mum type, and she knew it. Nor would Henry be that kind of man. She would have to protect the world and raise her child, at the same time. She had to hope though that it was only one child. More than one would be too much for her to bear at the moment. Though she did hope that the child resembled the father. You couldn't have an ultra sound when you were one of the supernatural. So there was no way of her knowing until the time came.

She gasped openly at her freinds question. That puddle had not been there a moment ago. Then she grimaced, knowing that it had indeed happened. "Looks like our baby's due now." She chuckled, having not even noticed it had happened until Ashleigh had spoken.

Shaking her head, and seeming to know what to do herself, she spoke a few unintelligible words under her breathe. She knew that for her kind there was nothing painful about this sort of thing, and it was certainly not like the way humans were when they had a baby.

It did not take long though before two things to happen. Her cloaking spell vanished revealing her big belly as it started to shrink of its own accord. And in her arms a pair of small bundle seemed to appear, dark caramel skinned like her, and as thin as she was. Though one had skin that was practically black. Then again, Rudi had been black skinned.

Then her kids opened their eyes. The little coal coloured one's eyes were a bright golden colour like her fathers. The other though had Jenny's own eyes.

"Katherine and Rillian," she smiled. They had already decided on the names a while ago.

Ashleigh smiled, Jenny's screams during labour still rang in her ears- cursing every few seconds.
"They're beautiful." Ashleigh sung.
The babies cried, Ashleigh guessed they were hungry.
Thinking for a moment, Ashleigh slipped off her jacket and wrapped the thick fabric around the babies. "Did you bring clothes for them?"

"I was not exactly planning on this happening any time soon," she admitted. "Katherine though looks just like her father." She was very pleased about that. Though as she looked down at her children she knew with certainty that Katherine was a werewolf and Rillian was like her. Which meant they needed different things when it came to food, once they were older.

She smiled though, letting them feed.

Ashleigh smiled, diverting her eyes away.
She thought about the Altai with a sigh.
"Come on," she cheered, "Let's get them some clothes," Ashleigh suggested.

She chuckled. "I suppose we should." She smiled as they headed out of the room, this would eb easy enough for her. There was no chance though that money would be an issue. She was a good shopper.

Ashleigh stopped, pausing by the first shop they came to.
It was two storys tall, with splintered wood framing a large pane of tinted windows.
The words 'Wee- born Vamps' were painted across the front of the building.
The bricks were crumbling with age; matching with the rest of the building.

"Funny how this is one of the places out here for my kind. Though one of the kids won't be a vampire." She laughed as she looked up at the name of the place. "May as well see what they have."

She smiled and pushed the door open using the wind. She was pleased when no ifernal barrier was there to stop her from entering. It was a brightly coloured store and she smiled as she came into it.

Ashleigh went in to follow closely behind her.
She stepped forward, only to be thrown back.
She shook her head, dazed.
"What the...?"
She tried again. She was thrown across the street- harder than before.
"What the...? What's going on?" she frowned, furious at the failed attempts to enter.
She stepped back, running at the door way.
As soon as she made contact with the doorway, she was threwn once more, slamming her into a brick wall.
"Ow! God Dam!" she cursed angrily.
She stood up, dusting herself down. This hadn't happened before.
Furious, she stood outside.

Her eyes met the startled worker's as she moved towards her, and she thought, Let my friend in, she means no harm to the workers here.

“It's alright, I work here, you may enter,” the girl called. As soon as she knew the barrier was down, Jenny added, never bar her again, please. “It will not annoy you ever again. I apologise for the obstruction.”

jenny released her from her compulsion and looked at Ashleigh. 'Yeah, I did that,' she said silently. 'I got her to allow you into the store,.'

Ashleigh groaned, rubbing the bruises from the walls.
"Thanks," she muttered.
"Maybe you should put a sign on the front- to let others know about the barrier?"
Ashleigh entered the building hesitantly, expecting to be thrown once more.
"Now I know how you feel when other buildings have barriers. It's not pleasant," she complained.
Regaining her posture, she began to browse through the clothes.
"How about this?" she asked, pulling out a sleep dark blue suit; as dark as the night sky, with a vampire symbol embroded on the front in gold.

She looked down at her sleeping son and smiled. "Yes, I can see Rillian in that." he seemed so peaceful, it was a shame that he would only be able to sleep peacefully for a few short weeks. She looked through a rack, thinking for what she wanted. Finding something that was a bright golden colour, she smiled as again she used the wind to get it off the rack. "One for Katherine I think. Same as her eyes."

Ashleigh looked around some more, finding a simular outfit as the first she had picked out.
"How about this one?" she asked, pulling out a gold sleep suit with a dark blue vampire sign embroded on the right shoulder.

After they left the building, Ashleigh watched as the shop owners put the barrier back up on the doorway.
She followed Jenny up the road and stopped abruptly.
"Where are we going next?" she wondered.

"Might take what we have home first." She smiled. "Or I'll just call Jerry and have him bring a car around so we can leave things in the car." She chuckled. "Yes, I might call him."

The call only took a few minutes. "We'll meet him at the cafe not far from here."

Ashleigh smiled, it sounded like a good plan.
Besides spending time with her friend, she also enjoyed shopping for clothes.

She chuckled. They started to move through the street towards the cafe that she would wait for Jerry to come with the car. There would not be long to wait, the undead manservant was quick on his feet.

"You hungry?" she asked, stopping outside the cafe. The stroller holding her children waited just inn front of her. A lot of people who had passed by, smiled at the children before moving on.

"damn, that barriers there. Wait here with the kids, would you? I'll go in and disable it." She sighed.
